Registration is now open for the 2025 General Conference of WORKLAB.

The conference will take place at the Museum der Arbeit in Hamburg, Germany, on 5-7 November 2025.

The conference puts together speakers from Europe and North America for exciting presentations around the theme of “Workers’ Culture” and from the perspective of excellent museum institutions. Please consult the conference program for details about sessions and activities during the conference.

We kindly ask all speakers and participants to register individually, and to cancel your registration in case you are unable to attend on short notice.

Attendance
Attendance is free of charge.
Conference tickets also include free admission to the Museum of Work from Wednesday 5th to Friday 7th.
Coffee/Water, snacks and lunch on conference days will be free. Dinner on Thursday will be at participants’ own expense.
We will have two Zoom presentations with a hybrid setup. However, we cannot stream the whole conference online and not offer online attendance.

Travel
The Museum of Work / Museum der Arbeit can be reached from both Hamburg main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and Hamburg Airport by subway or fast trains in 15-20 minutes.
